Natalie Evans was born and raised in Ithaca, NY. She received her A.A. in Humanities from Onondaga Community College of Syracuse, NY, and holds a B.A. in Childhood Education with a Minor in Philosophy and a Concentration in Children's Studies, from Brooklyn College. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, also from Brooklyn College. She can honestly say that she always wanted to teach and credits a wonderful, nurturing, and engaging second grade teacher for this. She always wanted to be just like her!  As a teacher, she loves and cherishes every hug, every kiss and even every runny nose.

Russell Jack was born and raised in Dallas, Texas quietly waiting for the right moment to pack up and see the rest of the world. That moment came after college graduation and he set his sights on Brooklyn and a music career.  But the only problem: how to make money? So Russell drew on his lifelong passion and love of kids to fill the empty space. After some part-time preschool work and nannying, he made it to The Co-op School and found his place as a Ladybug teacher. He spends his days building towers, changing diapers, singing ABCs, but most importantly, teaching love through love.

Kayla Flores was born and raised in Rhode Island. She came to New York during her high school years and attended Essex Street Academy. During her senior year, the school gave her an internship with the Co-op school. Volunteering with younger kids was a life changing experience and opened her eyes to the education field. She went from an internship to a job that she loves. She is currently enrolling in St. Joseph’s college for Early Childhood Education.
